The Local Organizing Committee of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup hosted a gala dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel Amman to kick-off the one-year countdown to the unprecedented tournament that was to be held for the first time in Jordan. The event – which was fully planned, managed and executed by Bidaya – was endorsed by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah and attended by HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, as well as other prominent guests. The ceremony unveiled a ticking clock towards the biggest sporting event in the Kingdom’s history and one of the most momentous international tournaments in the region.

HRH The Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, inaugurated and toured Luminus Technical University College’s School of Hospitality & Tourism, as well as the SAE Creative Media School’s purpose-designed facilities, which feature some of the most advanced media equipment and studios in the region.
Bidaya managed the event in a way that showcased the state-of-the-art school, which is specifically designed to simulate a five-star hotel in order to allow students to train and learn in actual working environments. The new school comprises training kitchens; training restaurants and service bar; stewarding area; banquet facilities; housekeeping, laundry and front office training areas; as well as classrooms and common areas. During the event, HRH The Prince William spoke with the students to hear feedback about their educational experiences and expressed his pleasure at seeing such facilities and interesting programs being taught in Jordan.

A champion of ambitious Jordanian women, entrepreneurs and youth, Bank al Etihad celebrated their Annual SME Awards for the fifth consecutive year by organizing a spectacular ceremony. The event took place under the theme of ‘Building Blocks’ – proposed by Bidaya to signify children’s ambitious imaginations and their ability to turn dreams into reality.
Held at the King Hussein Business Park Auditorium, the entire premises was transformed to reflect Bidaya’s concept theme, including the SME Awards, recognition wall and stage design. The event assembled entrepreneurs and mentors, and awarded three outstanding winners in an evening that not only highlighted the added value of Bank al Etihad’s retail banking offerings, but also brought the Bank’s younger, dynamic and personalized identity to life.

Bidaya organized a ceremony marking the grand opening of Cargill Animal Nutrition’s state-of-the-art premix plant, which is considered one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the world. The premix plant is designed to help customers step into the future of farming by offering them high quality and safe feed.
The event was attended by Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Dr. Tariq Hammouri, and several other key industry figures. The grand opening concept theme was fully designed and implemented by Bidaya, which produced the event logo, 3D designs and a special video. Given the lack of suitable hosting space at the event’s designated venue, Bidaya also set up and transformed a large tent into a sophisticated area fit for a prestigious grand opening.

The USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS) planned a two-day exhibition titled ‘Impact by Design: Supporting Local Enterprises in Jordan’. Commemorating their accomplishments and successes in Jordan, USAID LENS showcased their work over the past five years through an interactive platform designed by Bidaya. The venue was transformed into an exhibition featuring original 3D productions, graphic designs and an outstanding stage concept. The exhibition included presentations, speeches, panel discussions and a wide range of displays highlighting USAID LENS’ work, achievements and lessons learned.
USAID LENS empowered local communities to design and implement collaborative local economic development initiatives, thus supporting the vitality and competitiveness of micro and small enterprises (MSE) that are often at the heart of individual, family and community livelihoods within vulnerable populations.

Bidaya organized and executed a momentous event for USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS) that spotlighted and celebrated the Kingdom’s vibrant culture, rich heritage and traditional cuisine, as well as incorporated various interactive entertainment segments and live musical performances by popular local and regional bands.
Bidaya transformed Ras Al Ain Hangar into a large food market that brought together over 80 local food producers from across Jordan to display and sell their artisanal products. In addition to devising the concept theme, Bidaya planned and executed the event – including producing branded booths for participants and contracting entertainment options.
Over the course of the week, Jordan Food Week helped bridge the gap between home-based businesses, food producers, restaurants and households throughout the Kingdom, offering them a unique opportunity to network and promote their brands and products.
